Took this photo in October..its my mom's favorite. So for you mama.
A tid bit: I shot a banquet today and there was a special bag pipe performance during dinner. The bag piper played about 2 ft. from my head (behind me). I was foully loud for my sensitive lill ears...so bad that I wanted to move...but because of where he was they entire room was looking my direction. So I was stuck. I look over and Uli (a writer) is convulsing with laughter. We barely kept it together. (guess you sorta had to be there) First to clap.

A girl on a waterslide, too artsy for the paper so i'll give it to you guys. Worked real hard today...in 100 degrees. For the first time in my life I have started sweating and the sticky face and neck make me miserable...this Michigan girl can't take the Texas heat. Sat through two graduations...yuck.

A mob of video taping, camera snapping parents at a high school gradation today. How many cameras do you see? Miss y'all'!

FRIDAY

Of a dancer walking through concrete curtains on an outdoor stage. Heard this on a movie last night and it's my mantra of the day: A Shepard must tend the flock but at times fight off the wolves. Whoever can guess what movie it's from is the winner. (hint: Mel)

June 1: Had to shoot a weather story today. We went out to Chalk Falls. Here's a tid bit. When I was sitting in a river, sipping my sweet tea... the writer i went with, pointed out that I was drinking Bush's tea, mine was from Taco Bell. You Know your Sarah if: You get loose your taco bell cup in the middle of the woods and by chance happen to pick up another cup of sweet tea by accident. What are the odds?
